Xcel Energy Issues Statement to the City Regarding Recent Outages

The City reached out to Xcel regarding the cause of the recent weekly power outages. Xcel Energy issued the following statement to the City:
"Xcel Energy is looking into recent power outages that affected our Lefors customers. Specifically, we are examining our protection devices on the lines serving the city and, if necessary, will adjust our settings and procedures to ensure reliability. We are committed to delivering better service and wish to thank our valued Lefors customers for their patience and understanding."
